Signing up for the AccountView application


Thank you for your interest in Moventum’s online services. To register for an online access to your financial account with Moventum, please contact your Financial Advisor.


To Access Your Account


After registration, you will receive a Username and a Password from Moventum. In order to access your Moventum account(s) online, enter your Username and Password in the corresponding text boxes on the login page, then click on the "Login" button or press the enter key. If you have registered but have not received your Username and/or Password from Moventum, please contact your Financial Advisor.


If you did receive your Username and/or Password but have lost or forgotten it, please return to the login screen, click on "Forgotten your Username and/or Password?" and follow the instructions below.


Reset Your Username


If you have forgotten your Username, you may request to have it reset. To do so, please return to the login screen and click on the "Forgotten your Username and/or Password?" link.


Once on the "Reset Username or Password" screen, ensure the "Reset Username" radio button is clicked, type in the required details in the corresponding "Your First Name", "Your Last Name" and "Your Account Number" text boxes and hit the "Submit" button. Your Username will be sent to the email address you provided on the "Moventum AccountView Registration" form.


Please note that upon reset of your Username, your Password will no longer be valid. A new Password will automatically be generated and sent to you, either by SMS, or by post, according to the "Password sending” option you selected at registration. You may log in to the AccountView application once you have received your set of new credentials.


Getting Your Password Reissued


If you have forgotten your Password, you may request to have it reset. To do so, please return to the login screen and click on "Forgotten your Username and/or Password?" link.


Once at the "Reset Username or Password" screen, click the radio button next to "Reset Password", type in the required details in the corresponding "User", "Your First Name", "Your Last Name" and "Your Account Number" text boxes and hit the "Submit" button. A new Password will be issued and sent to you, either by SMS, or by post, according to the "Password sending" option you selected at registration.
